The rooms here are cozy with comfy beds, central heating, TV with cable, a fridge, and a delicious breakfast spread.

The hotel was in a marvellous location near to the city center, and the river & town centre. A great selection of restaurants to eat close by, like Chevermeto that was only 5 minutes' walk away. I took a clean room with the exact same devices, bathroom and big bath...

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

I recently stayed at Riverside Boutique for a weekend getaway. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The spa facilities were basic but pleasant. The indoor pool was a great pleasure to relax in. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the center. The TV channels provided a wide range of entertainment options. it was a good value for the money and I had a pleasant stay.

I do recommend this hotel.

The quality/price ratio of this hotel is mind-blowing! The free parking was super convenient, and the hotel's proximity to the city centre made exploring a breeze. The free shuttle to the ski slopes was jaw-dropping! The big swimming pool was a fantastic way to relax, and the nice lounge provided a great place to unwind. The location was amazing, with lots of supermarkets, shops, and restaurants just a 5-minute walk away. The delicious food, spacious spa and relaxation area, and friendly staff were all major highlights. The wine and 20% off massages were a pleasant surprise, and the massages themselves were absolutely incredible. Plus, the playroom for kids was a great addition. What a fantastic stay!

I had the most mind-blowing experience at this hotel! From the moment I checked in, the staff were so super helpful and friendly. The room was immaculate, with a jaw-droppingly comfortable bed and a balcony to die for. The on-site car park made it so convenient for exploring the area, and the 24-hour reception and security gave me peace of mind. The bar/lounge area was the perfect spot to enjoy a welcome drink, and the restaurant served delicious meals. The snack bar and coffee shop were great for a quick pick-me-up. I loved the fact that there was a paid airport shuttle service, and the fitness centre and pools were fantastic for staying active and relaxing. The massage and Turkish bath at the spa were pure bliss, and the laundry service was a lifesaver. The flat-screen TV in the room was a nice touch, and the lift made it easy to get around. The conference room was ideal for any business needs. The express check-in/-out saved me so much time. The ski equipment hire and ski school were perfect for winter sports enthusiasts, and the ski storage made it convenient. The hiking, cycling, fishing, horseback riding, and golf course options nearby were incredible for outdoor activities. The in-room breakfast was a convenient way to start the day, and the sun loungers were great for soaking up the sun. The game room and children's play area were perfect for keeping kids entertained, and the kids' club and children's buffet were a hit. The cots provided made it easy for families to stay. I also appreciated the board games available for some fun downtime. The fact that no pets were allowed ensured a peaceful stay, and the non-smoking rooms were a breath of fresh air. This hotel truly has it all, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Bansko!

We had a fantastic stay here! The location is perfect, just a short 5-minute walk by the river to the city center. Plus, it's close to the cable car, making it easy to access the mountain for some skiing or hiking. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and airport shuttle available. The room amenities were great too, with a mini-bar, balcony, and comfortable seating area. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the bar/lounge area for a relaxing evening.

The first thing we appreciated was the great service from the hotel staff. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. the breakfast was also a real highlight, with a good variety of foods to energize us for a day of exploring the city. the location was also prime, with easy access to all the main sights we wanted to see.

The hotel boasts a great location close to the city center, eateries and lovely scenic views capturing the natural beauty of the mountains and river. Rooms are cozy, with some featuring a bathtub and beautiful vistas. The spa facilities are functional, offering guests a variety of saunas.

Guests were disappointed with the quality of breakfast served.
